Refund Policy

  1. We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Learnthrix Institute platform.
  2. For individual course purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Proof of limited access may be required.
  3. Subscription plans (monthly or annual) can be canceled at any time. Refunds for the most recent billing period are only available within 7 days of the charge, provided you have not used the service extensively.
  4. Bundled courses or discounted packages are eligible for refund only as a whole. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not offered.
  5. If you cancel a subscription mid-term, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be given for the unused portion.
  6. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.
  7. Courses purchased with promotional codes or during special sales may be subject to different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  8. We do not offer refunds for any services that have been fully completed, such as one-on-one coaching sessions or personalized career counseling, once the session has been delivered.
  9. If you are unable to access a course due to technical issues on our side, we will work to resolve the problem. If the issue persists beyond 7 days, you may request a full refund.
  10. In the event that we cancel a course or program, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will notify you as soon as possible.
  11. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or by email to the address provided below. Please include your order number and reason for the request.
  12. Abuse of the refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses, may result in the denial of future refunds and account restriction.
  13. Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person if not yet redeemed.
  14. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and issue a refund if the error is confirmed.
  15. Refunds for corporate or group enrollments are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to your separate agreement for terms.
  16. Once a refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Your access to the course materials will be revoked within 24 hours.
  17. We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the revision.
