1. By accessing or using the Learnthrix Institute website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if between 13 and 18. Users under 13 are not permitted unless enrolled through a parent-supervised program.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. All content provided through our courses, including videos, texts, and code, is the intellectual property of Learnthrix Institute or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Courses are offered on a one-time purchase or subscription basis as indicated at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such changes.
7. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Harassment, fraud, or distribution of malicious software is strictly prohibited.
8. When you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use them without compensation. We may incorporate your input into our offerings.
9. Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content will meet your requirements or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learnthrix Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility.
11. You may not transfer your account or subscription to another party without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so is void.
12. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Institute.
13. Certain courses may include links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external materials and do not endorse them.
14. You are solely responsible for any content you post in public forums, discussions, or reviews. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
15. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
16. Pricing and availability of courses are subject to change without notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds.
17. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
18. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
19. You acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Learnthrix Institute regarding the use of our services.
20. We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
